Aaron Granger

Aaron Granger is associate general counsel, labor and employment, North America, for Exel Inc. He previously was a partner at the law firm of Ice Miller and its predecessor, Schottenstein Zox & Dunn Company, where he worked from May 2000 to May 2012.

At the firm, he worked in the labor and employment practice area, representing employers in state and federal courts, representing management in labor negotiations and representing employers before administrative agencies including the Ohio Industrial Commission, Ohio Civil Rights Commission, Ohio Unemployment Commission and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Previously, Granger was an assistant city attorney for Columbus from 1998 to 2000 and a staff attorney with the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas Domestic Relations Division and Juvenile Branch from 1996 to 1998.

Granger has a bachelor's degree from Ohio Wesleyan University and a law degree from the Ohio State University College of Law.

He is a member of the Columbus Bar Association Board of Governors; the Ohio State Bar Association Council of Delegates, District 7; the Ohio Wesleyan University Board of Trustees; and the Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission.

Larry Lewellen

Larry Lewellen is vice president for care coordination and health promotion for the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center-a post he has held since March 2011.

Previously, he was vice president for human resources at Ohio State, serving as the university's chief human resources officer for 14 years. Lewellen has been with the university since 1987, holding various positions with increasing responsibility in HR.

Lewellen has a bachelor's of science in business administration from Indiana University at Bloomington and a master's in business administration/finance emphasis, Weidler Scholar, from OSU's Fisher College of Business.

Before coming to the university, Lewellen worked for a Fortune 1000 international electronic components manufacturer, serving as director of human resources of a three-plant division in Indiana, Illinois and California.

Lewellen co-chaired the Healthcare & Pension Advocates for the State Teachers Retirement System and has been a member of Senior HR Executives in Higher Education; College & University Professional Association of HR, National Emerging Issues Committee; and other human resources leadership organizations.

Michael Morris

Michael Morris is chairman of American Electric Power. Morris joined the company as chairman, president and CEO in January 2004 and retired as chief executive in November 2011.

Previously, Morris was chairman, president and CEO of Northeast Utilities System from 1997 to 2003 and worked for several other energy companies. He also was the founder and president of ANR Gathering Company, one of the first gas marketing companies in the United States.

Morris is past chairman of the Edison Electric Institute and the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations. He also serves on the U.S. Department of Energy's Electricity Advisory Board and the Business Roundtable, chairing the roundtable's Sustainable Growth Initiative.

Morris is chairman of the Columbus Downtown Development Corp./Capitol South Community Urban Redevelopment Corp. and sits on the boards of directors of Alcoa, Battelle and The Hartford Financial Services Group Inc. He also is a member of the Eastern Michigan University Board of Regents and the MSU College of Law Board of Trustees.

In 2011, Morris received the EEI Distinguished Leadership Award from the Edison Electric Institute, the United States Energy Award from the United States Energy Association, and the Humanitarian of the Year Award from the American Red Cross of Greater Columbus.

Morris graduated from Eastern Michigan University with bachelor's and master's degrees in biology. He has a law degree from the Detroit College of Law and is a member of the Michigan Bar Association.

Diana Riggsby Gardner

Diana Riggsby Gardner is vice presidentof human resources for The Dispatch Printing Company, parent company of Columbus C.E.O.

She has spent the last 13 years of her 34-year career working for The Dispatch Printing Company, where she currently has HR responsibility for all Dispatch businesses, including print and broadcast media as well as real estate. She previously held human resources posts at Kroger and Pepsi.

Riggsby Gardner has a bachelor's degree in business administration from Ohio Dominican University and holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation from the Human Resource Certification Institute.

Riggsby Gardner sits on the boards of Mental Health America Franklin County, where she serves as secretary-treasurer, as well as Access HealthColumbus.

She previously served on the boards of the Central Ohio Literacy Council, Columbus Speech & Hearing Center and the Salesian Boys and Girls Club of Columbus.
