Starting with a single investment property in 1994, Brent Crawford has grown Crawford Hoying into one of the largest real estate firms in Central Ohio. The company is a full-service provider of every aspect of real estate development, management and construction, including the Bridge Park project in Dublin and the Water Street District in Dayton. Crawford personally oversees many aspects of the business, including managing relationships with investors, monitoring new acquisitions, ground-up development, debt placement and guiding all new developments. Crawford met former Ohio State football star Bob Hoying on the golf course in 1998, which prompted the two men to form Crawford Hoying. Hoying plays an active role in guiding the company’s $750 million in new developments. He analyzes new opportunities for projects and interfaces with city officials and other stakeholders as they are being developed. Hoying also oversees ground-up development through construction to help direct commercial office and retail leasing.
