Columbus CEO earns 19 awards in the Press Club of Cleveland’s statewide contest

Columbus CEO has gotten its share of recognition these past few weeks during what proves to be an exciting time to look back at the work our team has proudly shared with the community. 

Competing in the Medium Class, Columbus CEO won one gold medal in a national awards contest sponsored by the Alliance of Area Business Publishers and administered by the University of Missouri School of Journalism. Freelance writer Laura Newpoff took the gold for best personality profile of Jennifer Williams, co-owner of Clintonville-based Weiland’s Market.

Also in the statewide Press Club of Cleveland’s Excellence in Journalism Awards, Columbus CEO collected a total of 19 awards including nine first place honors.
