Best of Business 2016: The Winners

Chloe Teasley

It's that time of year again: Time to celebrate the best enterprises in Columbus as determined by our annual reader poll.

Hundreds of nominees were reviewed, and in some cases write-in candidates were added, by 16,500 voters-nearly 4,000 more than last year. Within eleven sections can be found 80 business categories ranging from ad agencies and architects to best large and small employers, with many more in-between.

The sections-Business Support Services, Education, Financial, Food and Beverage, Healthcare, Legal, Meetings and Events, Personal Perks, Real Estate, Workforce and Best of the Rest-showcase the abundance of good business that is done in Columbus.

We at Columbus CEO heartily congratulate this year's winners and urge them to bask in their spots at the top. Runners-up should be proud, too, as the competition was fierce.

Now in its ninth year, Best of Business is our longest-running and most far-reaching recognition program.

It is also the only award program in which we ask our readers to be the judge.

Readers vote online from May through July.

Some winners are perennially at the top, some are newcomers and some compete as fiercely in our poll as they do in business, trading first- and second-place honors from one year to the next.

Nominees were drawn from businesses that have placed highly in voting in previous years, so if your company was not nominated this year, it well could be on next year's ballot.

Drumroll, please, as we present the Best of Business 2016!
