Deadline Extended: Nominate Your Company for the 2023 Top Workplaces Awards
Columbus CEO’s annual Top Workplaces program recognizes the area’s most highly regarded employers, as rated by their own employees.
Do you think you work for a Top Workplace? There’s still time to nominate your company for Columbus CEO’s 2023 Top Workplaces awards! Submit a nomination here. The deadline for submissions has been extended to Nov. 18, 2022.
Any employee can nominate their organization for a Top Workplaces award. Winners are determined solely based on input gathered from employee surveys. After several particularly challenging years, that feedback serves as the ultimate test of how employers are responding in the age of COVID-19, work from home, return to work and the Great Resignation.
This marks the 11th year that Columbus CEO has partnered with Energage, an Exton, Pennsylvania-based workplace research firm, to present the Top Workplaces awards. Since 2007, Energage has partnered with 61 publications across the country, including The Boston Globe, The Washington Post, The Cincinnati Enquirer and many other major daily newspapers, to recognize some of the top-performing U.S. employers.
The company conducted more than 2 million employee surveys across 8,000 organizations in 2022. That includes more than 17,000 workers who were surveyed in the Columbus region.

The program is open to any organization—public, private, government or nonprofit—with 50 or more employees in the Columbus region. Energage will contact nominated companies to complete anonymous, 24-question online employee surveys. The results of those surveys, which will be conducted through December, will determine the Top Workplaces honorees. So far, 180 companies have signed up to participate.

The Top Workplaces 2023 winners will be announced in the Spring 2023 issue of Columbus CEO, which publishes in early April. Celebration event details will follow.
