Appointments & Awards: Ralph Andretta replaces Melisa Miller as CEO of Alliance Data

Ralph Andretta, President and CEO

Andretta comes to Alliance Data from Citigroup, where he most recently served as managing director and head of its U.S. cards business. He succeeds Melisa Miller, who served in the role for five months following the June 2019 retirement of long-time president and CEO Ed Heffernan. Andretta will also join the Alliance Data board of directors at the time he assumes the CEO role. Charles Horn, vice chairman of Alliance Data, will serve as acting CEO pending the effective date of Andretta's appointment on Feb. 3, 2020.


Dr. Nicholas Kreatsoulas, Chief Clinical Officer

Dr. Kreatsoulas has over 25 years of healthcare experience in emergency medicine, acute care, clinical quality and hospice and palliative care. He currently serves as an attending physician for hospice and palliative medicine at Bon Secours Health in Youngstown and previously served as system chief medical officer of acute health services at Mercy Health in Cincinnati.


Entering Columbus market

Rose & Remington was co-founded by Dee Alexander and Kristen Ponchot, who are mother and daughter, in Lebanon, Ohio in 2014. Now they are joined by Ponchot's brother, Nate Alexander as it expands to Columbus for the first time with brands Rose & Remington, Curve & Cloth (women's clothing store XL-4X) and Burlap & Birch (home goods, furniture & decor store). The team now has more than 200 employees and over a dozen locations in Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky. The Columbus location is at Polaris Fashion Place. It opened on Nov. 15.

Amador joins the SBA from the Latino Ohio Small Business Development Center at Columbus State Community College, where she helped a number of entrepreneurs, including immigrants, get started with their businesses.

Howard Bruss, Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer

Prior to Safelite, Bruss most recently served as senior vice president and chief information officer at Ascena Retail Group, the parent company to Justice, Lane Bryant, Catherines, Ann Taylor, and Loft stores. He led a team of 1,200 internal and external associates across the globe, along with the Ascena Global Innovation Center for both IT and business processes.
