Appointments & Awards: Ohio Public Transit Association hires Laura Koprowski as new executive director

Laura Koprowski, Executive Director

Koprowski has more than 15 years of experience in local, state and federal government relations and advocacy in transportation issues. She most recently led communications and external affairs at the Central Ohio Transit Authority, and previously served in a similar role with the Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission.

As First Federal Lakewood’s first full-service office in Columbus, this location offers a full suite of products and services for customers, including personal and business checking, as well as residential mortgage loans and commercial real estate and business loans for a variety of purposes.

These two appointments come with the announcement that VARGO, headquartered in Hilliard, is opening a sixth office in Mason, Ohio, slated for early November. In addition to these leadership changes, VARGO also hired nine other associates.
