NEW YORK (AP) — Stocks that moved substantially or traded heavily Thursday on the New York Stock Exchange and the Nasdaq stock market:


International Business Machines Corp. (IBM), up $3.04 to $151.45

IBM said it will expand its business services division by buying Bluewolf Group, which provides cloud consulting and implementation services.

Movado Group Inc. (MOV), down $2.81 to $27.53

The watchmaker's profit and sales forecasts for 2016 fell short of analyst estimates.

Southwestern Energy Co. (SWN), up 37 cents to $8.07

Energy companies got a lift Thursday as the price of oil edged higher.


Endo International PLC (ENDP), down 30 cents to $28.15

Federal regulators sued Endo over a deal that slowed down generic competition to two of its drugs.

Tesla Motors Inc. (TSLA), up $2.88 to $229.77

The electric car maker unveiled a new car that costs less than half as much as its previous models.

Micron Technology Inc. (MU), down 1 cent to $10.47

The chipmaker's quarterly sales fell far short of Wall Street estimates.

Progress Software Corp. (PRGS), down $1.47 to $24.12

The business software maker posted a weak first-quarter profit and sales.

Fortinet Inc. (FTNT), up $1.23 to $30.63

The network security company was upgraded by an analyst for Cowen & Co.
