Two of Ohio's four casinos will have new names and new management by the middle of next year.

Rock Gaming is taking over operations from Caesar's Entertainment at the Horseshoe casinos in Cleveland and Cincinnati, and at the ThistleDown Racino near Cleveland.

Rock Gaming took over ownership of all three sites last February.

The Detroit-based company owned by Cleveland Cavaliers owner Dan Gilbert says it will be business as usual during the management transition.

Rock Gaming says it also will introduce a new loyalty program at its Ohio casinos.

The new names for the casinos haven't been determined.
