NEW YORK (AP) — CBS News has released video from stories it aired about the Falklands War in 1982 that are part of a dispute involving Fox News Channel host Bill O'Reilly and his subsequent statements about covering the war.

None of the four stories mention O'Reilly, then a young CBS reporter, or makes specific reference to a CBS crew member being hurt.

The release was prompted by a recent Mother Jones article calling into question O'Reilly's claims that he was in a violent scene and his camera operator was injured. Some who worked at CBS at the time dispute his account, saying they can't remember any of their colleagues being hurt.

The CBS video shows that the demonstration O'Reilly said he covered was violent, with police using tear gas and rubber bullets.
