2015 Top Workplaces: Make a nomination

Do you work for one central Ohio's Top Workplaces?

Columbus CEO is once again teaming up with WorkplaceDynamics to determine our area's best places of employment.

It starts with a nomination from you. The process is easy, free and can be done at columbusceo.com/nominate.Any employee can make a nomination. The deadline is Sept. 19.(Note: Private and public companies can participate but must have at least 50 employees in the Columbus Metro Area.)

Just fill out the form here, and WorkplaceDynamics will follow up with your company to distribute a brief employee survey.

The surveys measure qualities such as company leadership, communications, career opportunities, working environment, managerial relationships, pay and benefits. To ensure fairness, WorkplaceDynamics requires an employee response rate of at least 35 percent.

The top 50 workplaces will be honored at a special event next spring and featured in the May 2015 issue of Columbus CEO.
