Grain lower, livestock higher

CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were lower Thursday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for July delivery was unchanged at 6.34 a bushel; July corn was 3.50 cents lower at 4.69 a bushel; July oats were unchanged at 3.4975 a bushel; while July soybeans was unchanged at 14.9775 a bushel.

Beef and pork higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

Aug live cattle was 1.65 cent higher at $1.3875 a pound; Aug feeder cattle was 1.73 cents higher at 1.9730 a pound; July lean hogs gained .23 cents to $1.2150 a pound.
