Huntington tops its region in customer satisfaction

For the second straight year, Huntington Bancshares has won the top spot in the North Central Region in the J.D. Power retail-banking satisfaction study.

Huntington scored 828 points on a 1,000-point scale, up from 814 last year. The region's average was 796.

The region has 24 large banks in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan and West Virginia.

The study found that Huntington's customers are particularly satisfied with product offerings and fees.
