BC-Cotton Bale

NEW YORK (AP) — Cotton futures No. 2 closed 15 cents to $1.65 a bale higher Thursday.

The average price for strict low middling 1 & 1-16 inch spot cotton advanced 31 cents to 80.02 cents per pound Thursday for the seven markets, according to the Market News Branch, Memphis USDA.
