The Theodore Roosevelt High School Choral Department will present its sixth Annual Madrigal Dinner on Dec. 7 and 8.
The two elite choral ensembles at Roosevelt, ChoralWorks and Chorale, will present a night of eating, acting, and singing in a transformed Stanton Middle School Auditeria. Guests can enjoy a three-course meal while students perform skits and music of the season. The choirs end the evening with a concert, always concluding with a candlelit performance of "Silent Night."
Performances are at 7 p.m. at Stanton Middle School in Kent. Tickets are $25 and include a salad, a choice of beef sirloin tip roast or smoked turkey or stuffed pepper (vegetarian option), herb-basted potatoes, and roasted carrots and bread pudding dessert.
Tickets can be reserved by visiting roughridermusic.ludus.com or calling 330-808-1597. Reservations will close on Nov. 21 and tickets will be available to patrons at that time (via email or Will Call).
