ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. (AP) The owner of the world's largest poker website says it has received approval from New Jersey regulators to offer its PokerStars and Full Tilt brands of online gambling in the state.

Amaya Inc. announced the approval from the state Division of Gaming Enforcement on Wednesday. It'll offer Internet gambling through Resorts Casino Hotel in Atlantic City.

The company hasn't said when it intends to launch in New Jersey or revealed details of the approval. Regulators haven't returned messages seeking comment.

New Jersey had suspended PokerStars because of legal problems concerning former corporate officials before Amaya took over. Those officials were to step down under the new ownership.

There already were 17 authorized websites for Internet gambling in New Jersey. But PokerStars is the world's largest poker website. It and Full Tilt have 95 million registered users.
