Massachusetts Port Authority spokesman Matthew Brelis says the people were taken from Terminal C to hospitals on Wednesday afternoon. He doesn't know how badly injured they were but says they were conscious.
State police are investigating. They haven't returned a phone call seeking information.
Boston Logan International Airport is the biggest transportation center in New England, handling tens of millions of passengers each year.
