“It's put our business into overdrive,” said Dawn Widney, a travel agent at AAA's Piqua office. “The arctic chill is making the phones red-hot.”

AAA Travel agents in the Miami Valley area have received hundreds of requests since the start of the year, many from folks seeking warm-weather destinations.
