Publisher Ann Dix Maenza told the staff on Tuesday that after two recent equipment breakdowns that temporarily moved printing to Gannett Publishing Services — a move that becomes permanent Friday. The final Frankfort-printed papers rolled off the presses on Monday.
The State Journal reported (http://bit.ly/1hixXpF ) that Dix Communications, the company that owns The State Journal, has shifted printing for all of its Ohio newspapers to a consolidated facility in Wooster, Ohio.
