Job fair to be held today in Lancaster.

More manufacturing jobs are on the way for Logan thanks to auto parts supplier Amanda Manufacturing. The company, owned by Michigan-based Deshler Group, will complete a $5 million expansion by spring. The company says it will add 20 to 40 jobs through Q1 2016.

Amanda produces tow and speed hooks for Ford's F150 line of trucks, parts for General Motors and Chrysler auto groups and auto suppliers.

The company will be one of many present at today's Fairfield County Jobs Expo. From 9 a.m. to noon on Friday (Sept. 25), applicants are invited to stop by Ohio University-Lancaster at 1570 Granville Pike, to learn more about participating companies and their workforce needs.
