Katie Wolfe Lloyd, investor and partner
Katie Wolfe Lloyd has more than 20 years of experience as an executive with The Dispatch Printing Company, where she spent nearly 10 years as publisher of Dispatch Magazines. In that role, her team launched fashion and lifestyle magazine Capital Style, which was once named Best Magazine in Ohio.
Wardrobe Therapy was founded in 2006 by Elizabeth Bean Smith. She has experience from New York runways and Fortune 500 retail. The company she built uses style to help people brand themselves and their corporations. Wardrobe Therapy’s work has ranged from curating wardrobes for international CEOs to styling commercials for E! Network. Lloyd was previously a client of Wardrobe Therapy.

The Dublin Arts Council has a full-time staff of six led by Executive Director David Guion. Board members provide policy and fiduciary oversight for the Dublin Arts Council, and also select performing artists for the annual DAC Sundays at Scioto summer concert series, review and award grants to community arts organizations and assist with fundraising efforts.

Dowley will work with the newly formed Delaware County Housing Alliance, monitor Community Development Block Grant programs in the county, manage the office’s social media pages, and assist local jurisdictions in the creation of economic development action plans. Scott will manage the Office of Economic Development’s business retention and expansion program to create and maintain relationships with Delaware County businesses.
