From technology writing to features, the magazine was well-represented in this year's awards program, the 41st annual from the Cleveland Press Club.

Here are the Cleveland Press Club awards Columbus CEO received for its work in 2018:

Best in Ohio: Technology Writing

First place for former Columbus CEO Editor Dave Ghose's profile of Columbus technology startup Olive

We must mention: Dave is now editor of sister publication Columbus Monthly, where his compelling profile of Mike DiSabato was published last year, garnering the magazine a first-place award in the Features-Personality Profile category. DiSabato is the former Ohio State University wrestler who went public with his claims of sexual abuse by team doctor Richard Strauss.

Third place for the magazine's November 2018 Transportation Issue about the rapid changes in how people get around and the massive work that's yet to be done as the city grows.

And three second-place awards went to graphic designer Yogesh Chaudhary for infographics and page design, including one featuring the massive changes along North High Street.
