More account coordinators will soon be added to the expanding company.
Due to rapid growth, electronic prior authorization company CoverMyMeds is on the lookout for new support team account coordinators—hundreds of them, to populate Columbus and Cleveland offices. Already known as a great place to work, the company highlights especially the possibility of advancement for those beginning as account coordinators, citing the current director of provider engagement as one who began in the previous role 6 years before.
Account coordinators are in charge of incoming calls, emails and chats from those with questions throughout the prior authorization process it offers.
In early 2017, Co-founder and CEO Matt Scantland sold CoverMyMeds to McKesson, a wholesale drug distributor, for $1 billion.
