Columbus Regional Airport Authority makes changes that are getting noticed.
The John Glenn International Airport (CMH) is the recipient of an Airport Council International 2016 Airport Service Quality Award recognizing it as the most improved airport in North America. It completed $80 million work of renovations to modernize terminals in 2016.
Some projects still in the works are the addition of rooms for nursing mothers to feed children throughout both CMH and Rickenbacker; touch screen customer service kiosks; updated concessions and restaurant The Local in concourse B, which will offer Columbus menu favorites; Concourse C checkpoint expansion; new glass doors and lighting for enhanced curb appeal.
Along with Rickenbacker Inland Port’s recognition for Foreign Trade Zone #138, Columbus Regional Airport Authority continues to fly high.
