Elly J. Brown and Connor J. Haley of the Cincinnati area were married on April 28, 2018 by the Rev. David Weaver in a ceremony at Hyde Park Community United Methodist Church in Cincinnati.

Bride’s parents are Scott and Martha Brown of Ashland. Groom’s parents are Chris and Julie Haley of Findlay.

The bride’s gown was an ivory chiffon Stella York gown, with a lace bateau neckline and a two tier veil. She carried a bouquet of white ivory and blush roses, lisianthus and ranunculus mixed with greenery.

Maid of honor was Nina Emser, friend. Bridesmaids were Lisa Brown, sister-in-law, and Breanna Lanzer, Maddie Berry and Amelia Osiecki, friends of the bride. The bridesmaids wore dresses that were blush one shoulder lace bodice with a long chiffon skirt. The flower girls were Samantha Manbeck and Ellie Manbeck, nieces of the groom.

Best man was Seth Reed, friend of the groom. Groomsmen were John Cassidy, Adam Cellar, Logan Van Der Molen and Nick Wetzel, friends of the groom.

The reception was at Redmoor with 150 guests.

They honeymooned in St. Lucia in June.

The couple reside in the Cincinnati area.

The bride graduated from Ashland High School in 2011. She graduated in 2014 from Ohio University. She is employed as a senior IT auditor at Fifth Third Bank.

The groom graduated from Findlay High School and also graduated in 2014 from Ohio University. He is employed as an industrial engineer at UPS Supply Solutions.
