The Mohican Historical Society invites the public to join them on a trip to historic Roscoe Village on Wednesday, May 30.
Roscoe Village, outside of Coshocton, will transport visitors back to a time when the Ohio and Erie Canal was bustling with business. The restored 1830s village features a number of living history exhibits, reenactors and quaint shops for guests to peruse.
In addition to exploring the village, guests on the trip will board the Monticello III for "the smoothest ride you’ll ever take" down the Ohio and Erie canal. The trip includes round-trip transportation from Loudonville, admission to historical sites, and canal tour for $50 per person (discounts apply to members of the Mohican Historical Society).
