AHS baseball team holding Pizza Paloosa fundraiser

The Ashland High School baseball team is sponsoring a Pizza Paloosa fundraiser Saturday March 10 from 3 to 7 p.m. in the AHS cafeteria.

Tickets are $8 each, and include two slices of pizza (additional slices are a $1), salad, dessert and a drink. Nine area pizza shops are participating.

A silent auction is set from 3 to 6:30 p.m. along with a baseball apparel sale.

There also will be a pizza-eating contest with a $15 entry fee to see who can eat the most pizza.

The Pizza Paloosa is replacing the team’s longtime annual spaghetti dinner.
