Making a nomination

To nominate a professional or organization you believe is deserving of this honor, click on one of the writeable forms listed below, fill it out and return it to Columbus CEO by mail at 34 S. Awards will be given in these five categories:

Executive of the Year 
For an individual who has demonstrated significant achievements that advance both a person’s organization and the HR profession.

Three awards, based on size of the organization where the individual works: Large (more than 2,000 employees), Midsize (500 to 2,000 employees) and Small (fewer than 500 employees).Organizations may be public, private or nonprofit.

HR Innovation 
Recognizes a new idea that achieves proven results in areas such as, but not limited to: compensation and benefits; employee recognition and/or retention; strategic alignment; succession planning; talent acquisition and/or assessment; use of technology; and work-life balance.

One award, given to an individual or a public, private or nonprofit organization.

Lifetime Achievement
Recognizes a longtime or retired HR professional who has demonstrated exceptional leadership, knowledge, decision-making skills and commitment to his or her organization and/or profession.

In recognition of a notable commitment to the community achieved through charitable, philanthropic, volunteer or other efforts.
