Two more Cord Camera stores have closed as the Columbus-based chain continues in its efforts to survive hard economic times.
Cord closed its Dublin location on Oct. 16 and its Graceland store on Tuesday, the company said.
“That’s all the stores we anticipate closing,” said John R. Crotty, president and chief financial officer of Colfax Financial, Cord Camera’s owner. The closings are part of “our continued effort to make sure the company stays profitable.”
Cord Camera stores that remain open in central Ohio include those on W. 5th Avenue, at Polaris, and in Westerville and Reynoldsburg.
Two stores remain in Cincinnati and two in Indiana.
