The baggage claim area at Port Columbus International Airport has gotten a makeover. The new display comes courtesy of the Columbus Brand Marketing Committee (a collaboration of Experience Columbus, Columbus 2020, the Columbus Chamber, the Greater Columbus Sports Commission, The Columbus Partnership and The Columbus Foundation), in partnership with the Columbus Regional Airport Authority and Fahlgren Mortine. The goal: showing visitors and business travelers alike what makes the region special. A new website, www.checkoutcolumbus.com, lets travelers learn more about the project—and about the city.
