Since 1981, Nancy Kramer has built Resource Interactive from a startup with one client (Apple) to an e-commerce marketing powerhouse employing more than 300 in Columbus, Cincinnati and Palo Alto, Calif.

Resource helps clients such as Kohl's, Nestlé, Limited Brands, Procter & Gamble and Sherwin-Williams stay on top of online and social media marketing trends. The firm scored a No. 4 ranking on Advertising Age magazine's "Agency A-List" for 2011.

To celebrate its 30th anniversary, Resource will help another woman-owned company develop a custom digital strategy and create the tools--website, mobile apps, social media page--to execute it. Kramer values the year's worth of free services at "hundreds of thousands" of dollars. Women-owned businesses can submit video entries Sept. 24 through Nov. 23. The winner will be announced in January.

"I have been so fortunate over the last 30 years to have enjoyed the tremendous fulfillment that I've received as an entrepreneur," Kramer says. "Sharing that and helping someone else do the same thing would be an exciting and fulfilling thing to mark this occasion."
