Human resources professionals make sure you have the right people, processes and technologies in place to deliver and measure business results.

Show your appreciation by nominating them for one or more of Columbus CEO’s six categories of human resources awards.

Among the ever-evolving ways that good HR makes your business run better:

Aligning pay with performance

Keeping benefit programs compliant with evolving laws and regulations

Making financial projections and handling budgets

Managing environments for employees’ health, wellness and safety

Promoting culture for maximum effectiveness and employee engagement

Providing the right staff for the right jobs

Let HR executives and team members know their guidance is valued.

These awards recognize those who provide HR services within a business or organization, not consultants or vendors of HR services.

Make a nomination yourself or encourage someone else to submit your candidate or candidates for consideration. They can’t be recognized if they’re not nominated. But if nominated, they could be a winner or finalist featured in the August issue of Columbus CEO!

For those who don’t hear “thank you” often enough, nominating them for the 2017 HR Excellence awards could be the best thing you can do today.
